A typical relocation plan

1. 8 weeks out

   Site survey at both buildings. Floor plan and desk numbering agreed.

2. 4 weeks out

   Landlord access. Lift bookings and loading bay permits confirmed in writing.

3. 2 weeks out

   Crates delivered. Staff briefed on personal packing. IT decommission plan signed off.

4. Move weekend

   Out-of-hours load. Transport. Placement to numbered desks. IT recommission.

5. Monday

   Crew on site for snagging. Crate collection. And the old site left clear for handover.
