Our vetting standards
Company checks
Companies House registration. Trading history. A verifiable business address and a landline. Not just a mobile and a social page.
Insurance checks
Goods in Transit and Public Liability certificates are collected. Dated and re-requested annually. Badges are pulled the day cover lapses.
Crew standards
We ask whether crews are employed or subcontracted. Whether they are DBS checked. And how damage claims are handled.
Review integrity
We look for reviews tied to confirmed bookings. Spread across months. Clustered five-star bursts are treated as a red flag. Not a recommendation.
